Budget Planning Services

In accordance with Diponegoro University Rector Regulation Number 13 of 2024 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Elements under the Rector of Diponegoro University, Article 99 paragraph (2) of the Budget Planning Subdivision is tasked with administering budget policies, proposing budget changes, verifying budget proposals, analyzing risks within the framework of annual budget planning and program activities, and other tasks as determined by the Rector.

In carrying out the duties referred to in Article 99 paragraph (2), the Budget Planning Subdivision carries out the following functions:
a. preparing budget policy studies and revenue targets;
b. preparing guidelines and work procedures for budget planning and reporting activities;
c. preparing revenue targets for educational and non-educational funds;
d. administering and managing the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT);
e. administering and managing the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the RM Budget and other Government Budgets;
f. Implementation of administration and management of the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Business and Cooperation Budget;
g. Implementation of preparation and design of revenue intensification and extensification, as well as fiscal policy studies;
h. Implementation of administration and management of the preparation, review, monitoring, and evaluation of output and budget achievement measurements;
i. Implementation of administration and management of the preparation and review of non-accounting reports, including annual reports;
j. Collection, data management, reporting, information services, and implementation of electronic-based systems related to budget planning and reporting;
k. Identification of risk profiles, monitoring, and follow-up of risk control for implemented activities; and
l. Other functions as determined by the Chancellor.

Based on Diponegoro University Rector’s Regulation Number 13 of 2024 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Elements Under the Rector of Diponegoro University, Article 99 paragraph (1) states that the Campus Planning and Development Subdivision is responsible for campus development, risk analysis in the context of campus planning and development, and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on planning, as well as other duties as determined by the Rector.

In carrying out these duties, the Campus Planning and Development Subdivision carries out the following functions:
a. implementing the preparation of policy studies for campus and study program development;
b. implementing the preparation of guidelines and work procedures for campus planning and development activities;
c. implementing the administration and management of the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Master Plan (RIP);
d. implementing the administration and management of the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Long-Term Plan (Master Plan);
e. implementing the administration and management of the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Building and Environmental Layout Plan (RTBL);
f. Implementation of administration and management of the preparation, review, monitoring, and evaluation of infrastructure development;
g. Implementation of administration and management of reviews of proposals for procurement planning of goods and services;
h. Implementation of administration and management of the preparation, review, revision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Strategic Plan/Renstra, including the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
i. Implementation of administration and management of reviews of proposals for the establishment, structuring, and closure of study programs, departments, and faculties/schools;
j. Collection, management of data, reporting, information services, and implementation of electronic-based systems related to campus planning and development;
k. Identification of risk profiles, monitoring, and follow-up of risk control for implemented activities; and
l. Other functions as determined by the Rector.
