Output Kinerja

Based on Diponegoro University Rector Regulation Number 6 of 2021 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Elements Under the Rector of Diponegoro University, the Planning and Development Agency, hereinafter abbreviated as BPP, is the non-academic implementing agency responsible for planning and development at Diponegoro University. The BPP is tasked with campus planning and development, as well as budget planning.

In carrying out these duties, the BPP carries out the following functions:

  1. Preparation and development of the Master Development Plan (RIP);
  2. Preparation and development of the Long-Term Plan (Master Plan);
  3. Preparation and development of the Strategic Plan (Renstra);
  4. Preparation and development of the annual plan, including programs and activities, as well as the annual budget and revised budget;
  5. Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of planning documents;
  6. Evaluating proposals for the establishment of new study programs;
  7. Coordinating with the planning units of ministries and other parties;
  8. Implementing information/electronic systems related to the BPP’s functions;
  9. Implementing cooperation and/or providing administrative support in accordance with its duties and functions to institutions, bureaus, other bodies, directorates, technical implementation units (UPT), offices, and/or other related units; and
  10. Other functions as determined by the Rector.

The success of the BPP’s functions can be measured through the following performance outputs:

  1. Realization of study program development and closure
  2. Optimization of information systems to support services and the implementation of duties and functions
  3. Increased percentage of staff with competency certification
  4. Compilation of planning and development documents
  5. Increased SAKIP (Student Accountability Assessment) status
  6. Increased budget performance for RKAKL implementation
  7. Increased timely report submission
  8. Increased availability of standardized teaching and learning facilities (PBM) and infrastructure
  9. Increased effective, efficient, and accountable administrative and office services
